Mr. Madiberk has built the largest non-governmenatl organization in Estonia – Estonian Property Owners Central Union (MTÜ Eesti Omanike Keskliit) with a full-package of commercial and member services.

Dr. Anti Perkson
VP of Manufacturing, Chief Technology Officer, Co-founder
Dr. Perkson has served as CEO of Molycorp-Silmet AS – the largest rare metals and rare earth metals producer in Europe. Previously he has been the R&D director in Silmet AS, the R&D director in Tartu Technologies Ltd (a part of the former Skeleton Technologies Group) and also reasearch associate in University of Toronto. Dr. Perkson has earned M.A. Department Of Chemical Engineering and Applied Chemistry in University of Toronto and a PhD in University of Tartu in the Institute of Chemical Physics. He is the author of 2 international patents and 3 patents pending in the field of carbide-derived-carbon and ultracapacitors.
Mr. Oliver Ahlberg

Mr. Ahlberg is responsible for the administration and integrated communication of the company. He has previously worked in the IT and law sector in San Fransisco, USA and Estonia. He has co-founded digital media company Vigvam Studio Ltd and daily deal site www.seller.ee (acquired by the market leader). Mr. Ahlberg has earned a law degree in University of Tartu.
Dr. Jaan Leis
R&D Manager on Advanced Carbon Materials, Co-founder
Dr. Leis is one of the world´s leading researchers in the field of carbide-derived-carbon. He is the author of 2 international patents and 11 patents pending in the field of carbide-derived-carbon and ultracapacitors. Dr. Leis has published over 20 scientific peer-reviewed articles. Over the years Dr. Leis has been the R&D manager in a number of projects, including contract research for leading multi-technology companies e.g. Samsung SDI and Honeywell Chemicals. He has earned a PhD in the University of Tartu, Department of Chemistry, in Theoretical and Computer Chemistry.
Dr. Mati Arulepp

Dr. Arulepp is one of the world´s leading researchers in the field of ultracapacitors. He is the author of 2 international patents and 10 patents pending in the field of carbide-derived-carbon and ultracapacitors. Dr. Arulepp has published over 20 scientific peer-reviewed articles. Over the years Dr. Arulepp has been the R&D manager in a number of projects, including contract research for leading multi-technology companies e.g. Toyota Motor Corporation.

Mr. Vello Madiberk is an experienced and creative technical enigineer. Mr. Madiberk has worked on variety of positions mainly as a chief technologist and technology manager. He has been the arhitect of a number of custom-designed equipment and machinery tailor-made for providing the competitive advantage in carbide-derived-carbon ultracapacitor technology. He is the author of 2 patents pending in the field of carbide-derived-carbon and ultracapacitors. He has earned a M.Sc in machine engineering in Tallinn Technical University.
